Refunds & Exchanges

Thanks for choosing Prado Coffee. All of our coffee is roasted to order and packaged fresh. Because of this, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any coffee purchases.

If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a product arriving damaged, or you're really dissatisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
